The first ride's on you
The card arrives by email. They choose the bike that fits, enter the code at checkout and head out.
Gift card questions
How is the gift card delivered?
By email. It goes out straight after purchase, or on the date you set under “Send on”. Without recipient details, the card comes to you, ready to forward or print.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. Write up to 200 characters in the message field and it arrives with the card.
How is it redeemed?
Enter the gift card code at checkout. The value comes straight off the order total.
Does it have to be spent in one go?
No. Any remaining balance stays on the card for the next order. If the order costs more than the card, the rest can be paid with any other payment method.
Where can it be used?
Online at ch.earlyrider.com, across the whole shop: bikes, accessories and parts. It is spent in the currency it was bought in, and cannot be redeemed at our dealers or in another Early Rider store.
How do I check the balance?
The gift card email links to a page that shows the current balance.
Does the gift card expire?
It is valid for ten years from the date of purchase.
Can a gift card be returned?
No. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
