Shipping & Delivery

Early Rider® CH delivers to customers throughout Switzerland & Liechtenstein. On this page you will find all information on shipping, costs, delivery times and returns.

Shipping: Costs and Delivery Times at a Glance

We ship from our warehouse in Pfungen, Switzerland via DPD. We currently do not offer an express option.

• Bikes free shipping above 150 CHF
• Accessories shipping: CHF 5.25
• Delivery timeframe: 2-4 working days within Switzerland

Delivery & Tracking

Orders received before 12:00 noon are usually dispatched the same working day, as our courier collects daily at around 2pm. Orders placed later are dispatched on the next working day. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email from DPD with your tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

If you would like to return your bike, please contact us before sending anything back. You have 30 days to return unused items. Goods must be returned in as-new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Alternatively, we can arrange a DPD collection for you and deduct the cost from your refund. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be fully reimbursed.

Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will refund the original payment method.
