DPD is our shipping partner. We strive to dispatch your order within one business day of receipt; if this is not possible, we will notify you. Our courier pick-up takes place daily around 2 PM, so we always try to have all orders ready by about noon and dispatched with that day's courier pickup. Anything arriving after that will be dispatched the next business day. Once your shipment is booked, you will receive a link to DPD with the tracking number for tracking purposes. Please bear in mind that none of these delivery times can be guaranteed, and although we are very satisfied with DPD's reliability, delays can occur.
If you wish to return your bicycle, please contact us beforehandĀ Ā .Ā Ā If you change your mind, you can return the item within 14 days. The item must be returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the bicycle is adequately protected during transport. However, we are happy to arrange a collection with DPD, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Any returned items that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted for a full refund. If you are unsure about anything, please call us before ordering.

We are absolutely thrilled with this balance bike. The build quality is outstanding and feels very premium right from the start. What really stands out is the handlebar design, which is inspired by a mountain bike ā it not only looks great but also provides excellent control.
The overall design is simply stunning and definitely an eye-catcher. But beyond the looks, it performs just as well: our 22-month-old son is already riding it very confidently, which really shows how well it supports early balance and coordination.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality, stylish, and durable first bike for their child.

Ordered for my 18m old but I think I also ordered it for myself. Maaaaan is this bike gorgeous. It screams quality and uniqueness. My boy is a tad short but I knew that when ordering. He'll be ready for it in the spring/summer and I'm sure he'll turn heads at our parks. After seeing the quality in this bike, I will seriously consider ER's bigger bikes for him as he grows. Very happy with this purchase and can't wait to see him shred.
