Hellion 24 (MY24/25)

The Hellion 24 is for me the best Bike from all the Early Rider Collection.
I‘m happy that I bought that model and not the new Model, the charger. The Hellion is so much better and has all the better Equipment.
I‘m very happy that I have the shimano brakes on the bike and not the very cheap and ugly Tektro brakes.
And the Hellion Frame is 3 cm higher, like the charger frame, so he can ride that bike a little bit longer in the future.
It‘s a very nice bike for the young generation.

We bought the Hellion for our son. Coming from a Seeker 20'' this is the next step and he basicall handled the bike instantly like a pro. That is something we experienced with every EarlyRider bike. The geometry and the weight are just the perfect fit for kids.

This bike is perfect for young shredders. My daughter did her first laps in the bike park and loves it. Everything is perfectly curated for a kids' demands. The jump from the 20" Seeker to the 24" Hellion is a little high. Right now she still has trouble getting her feet down on the ground but luckily kids keep growing and this shouldn't be an issue anymore in a few weeks.

I stumbled upon Early Rider in my search for a mountain bike for one of my kids birthdays. Trying to find a performance tuned 24" bike is really hard these days! To get a lightweight frame, solid entry level drive train, good compenents and gear range for young riders, and an airfork on a 24" bike, WOW! They did it. The crazy part is I received it in the mail within two days of purchase. I was able to gift a rad bike to my kiddo, and one they are excited to ride. I am very satisfied with the product and the buying experience. It was hard to beleive that Early Rider had such a good web page that all my questions, concerns, and requirements for a bike were met, all without having to interact with a single person. The details checked all my boxes and the buying experience was world class. Some of my other kids are now asking for an Early Rider bike, and I have my eyes on the Early Rider Velio for the addition of our 7th child. Can't wait to order it when the time is right and get them riding early!

Great service and a excellent bike , good quality components, very light, a great introduction into mountain biking for my 7yr old, I would highly recommend this bike

The bike is well built, but it's a bit heavier compared to competitors. Unfortunately, we were faced with the constant problem of self-opening of the front quick release. I am used to building bikes by myself, so I know how these things work, but nothing helped and this thing was still from time to time opening. Customer service even after several urgencies never responded.
I would not buy a bike from them anymore

My son loves the bike. Much more confident on the trails right away.

Pros:
- Good component choice. Brakes can be operated with 1 finger by a kid.
- Low weight
- Looks sick

Cons:
- Cranks seem way too long for a 8 y.o.
- Comes without tubeless tape and valves

We started our journey with you with the seeker 14, continued with the seeker 20 and moved on to the hellion 24. This new bike has exceeded our expectations. Thank you

High-end looking bike with mature components can't be a wrong choice. Comes with a price though.

Our son (7) loves riding bikes. This one was a bit on the large side. But after shortening the seat post, it works perfectly. And will do so for some years to come

Super leicht, super Bike!

Absolut beste Marke für Kids. Vom Zwergenlaufrad, über das Seeker 20 sind wir nun beim Hellion 24 gelandet. Absolut vom Feinsten und schön leicht. Kein Vergleich mit den üblichen bleischweren Kinderfahrrädern.

Das Fahrrad ist durch das geringe Hewicht und die hochwertigen Komponenten sehr handlich.
Mein Junior mit 7 Jahren fährt das Bike auch im schweren Gelände über Stufen Sprünge und Wurtzeln sehr sicher.

Hi I bought two Hellion 24 bikes for my 8 year old twin boys as they have grown out of their Seeker 20 s.
Very happy with the products from Earlyrider, as they say their bikes are real MTB s.
The bikes were well packaged arrived in perfect condition, easy to assemble and very well adjusted and set up from the factory, no adjustments necessary from me for gear indexing or brakes.
And the boys are proud of their new bikes!!

Ordered an early rider a few back because early rider was not manufactured in China. Was looking into ordering a Hellion for my oldest child. Made in China now.
